Rockland United Soccer Club (RUSC) provides quality soccer programs that help players of all ages learn, grow, and compete. Guided by certified coaches and dedicated volunteers, we focus on player development, teamwork, and respect both on and off the field.
 

Serving Clarence-Rockland the surrounding areas, RUSC offers year-round opportunities through recreational, competitive, and development programs that inspire confidence and a lifelong love of the game.

YOUTH RECREATIONAL

Soccer for everyone. From first kicks to family cheers on the sidelines, our Youth Recreational Program brings our community together. Players ages 4 to 16 enjoy fun, teamwork, and summer games from May to August.

WINTER ACADEMY

Keep active, play soccer, and train indoors with certified coaches from October to March. Our Winter Development Program builds technical skills, agility, and confidence, with weekly game time included. Spaces are limited.

YOUTH COMPETITIVE

Take your game to the next level. Join Rockland United’s Competitive Program to challenge yourself, train with purpose, and compete against top teams. Tryouts take place in February–March.

ADULT SOCCER

Our adult program bring together players aged 16+ for weekly matches, friendly competition, and community connection. Perfect for staying active and social.
