Youth Recreational & Competitive Soccer

Recreational League

​RUSC Recreational (House) Leagues

The league starts at U4 and progresses to U18 and plays from the end of May through to the middle of August.

Representative (Competitive) Teams

RUSC Representative (Competitive) teams

The teams play in the ERSL that stretches from Kemptville through Ottawa to Cornwall. Tryouts are held in February – March. The season starts in late May and can extend into early September.

Adult Co-ed Recreational League

Adult Recreational Program

For now, the local league of adults is a coed division. However, we still hope to create a women’s division and a separate men’s division.​

Winter Development & Special Events

RUSC’s Winter Development Program

The program starts in October and runs through to the end of March.

We also have a Soccer and Fitness Festival. It is an end-of-season event held in August.
