THE RUSC

Youth Programs

RUSC offers many youth programs throughout the year:

RUSC Recreational (House) Leagues

The league start at U4 and progress to U17 and play from end of May through to middle of August.

RUSC Representative (Competitive) teams

The teams play in the ERSL that stretches from Kemptville through Ottawa to Cornwall. Tryouts are held in February – March. The season starts in late May and can extend into early September.

RUSC’s Winter Development Program

The program starts in October and runs through to the end of March.

We also have a Soccer and Fitness Festival. It is an end-of-season event held in August.

Adult Programs

RUSC Adult House League

For now, the local league of adults is a coed division. However, we still hope to create a women’s division and a separate men’s division.

Ottawa Carleton Soccer League
The Ottawa Carleton Soccer League offers Women and Men Recreational (WR & MR) teams as well as Women and Men Competitive (WC & MC) teams.
