The RUSC aims to offer all teams a high level of officiating. All referees are certified through an initial training offered by the Ontario Soccer Association. The club also offers additional training sessions before the start of each season to allow referees to develop their officiating skills. Referees are supervised and supported throughout the season by the Referee-in-Chief.
