In accordance with the OSA LTPD program, the Club will offer the following Recreational Leagues (subject to sufficient registrations in each age group).

Uniforms for Recreational League U4 – U6 teams are provided by RUSC through sponsorship by Tim Hortons. For all U7 through U17 Recreational League players, Fashion Workwear/Excel Sports store is the point of sale for uniforms. All players need to go directly to Fashion Workwear. All players are required to have shin pads. Cleats are not mandatory but are recommended.

We recommend downloading the Powerup application to facilitate communication between coaches, managers, players and the club. Available for Apple and Android.

Games start at 7:15 pm.
Exception: Games against other Clubs teams – 30 minutes for LTPD drills and game time is 7 pm.
