Whether you haven't laced up in years or just need a regular Tuesday night to look forward to, Rockland United's Adult Recreational Soccer program is built for you. No tryouts. No pressure. Just nights of crisp evening air, good runs, and the kind of camaraderie that's hard to find elsewhere.
 

What you get:

• 15 matches at Cheney Park, one of the area's best outdoor pitches

• Balanced teams reshuffled weekly, so you're always playing with new people

• A smooth, low-drama format with self-officiated games that actually work

• A season-closing social on September 19th, because the fun doesn't stop at the final whistle

The details:

• Season: May 26 to September 1, 2026

• Match nights: Tuesdays, 7:00 to 9:00 PM

• Location: Cheney Park

• Format: 11v11, co-ed, all levels

• End-of-year social: Saturday, September 19th

• Cost: $150/player

• Minimum age: 16 as of January 1, 2026

No drama. No pressure. Just fun soccer. Bring a black or white t-shirt. We handle everything else.
 

Teams are built fresh each week from whoever shows up, which means no cliques and a fair game every time. Players call their own fouls and keep it clean. It works better than you'd think.
 

Registration opens April 10th and closes May 15th. Spots fill up fast.
